Nuclear Matters Advocacy Council Member Carol Browner knows a thing or two about carbon-free energy; she served as Environmental Protection Agency administrator and advisor to President Obama on energy and climate issues. About 15 years ago, she rethought her once-opposing view of nuclear energy, because it “wasn’t appropriate” to have her view of nuclear with her view of climate change.
